In version 4.1 that was released autum 2006 there is now built in integration against Microsoft Axapta.
With a simple click we switch on all functionality that is needed for a totally integrated solution.
The integration will comprise customer and contact management to be able to use InfoChain as "frontoffice" for salespeople.
The CRM functionality can be used from both Axapta and InfoChain, each system updates the other just as flexible.
Apart from the functionality above, a large part of the integration package consist of time and cost reporting. You are able to report time
and create invoices in InfoChain, that automatically lands in Axapta, approved and ready. Benefit from InfoChains simplicity and
great flexibility for companies that sell time for a living, and let the economy department/accounting firm take care of the rest in
perhaps the best ERP system on the market.
The integrationpackage in brief
- InfoChains database tables are placed in Axaptas database.
- Supporttables in InfoChain are easily connected to matching tables in Axapta with a simple dropdown.
- InfoChains coworkers are connected with dropdowns to Axaptas users.
- VAT calculation is set up in a similar way.
- Complete support for Currencies where the exchangerates are set in axapta.
- Customer and contact tables update each other automatically.
- Invoices are created in InfoChain with all necessary parameters.
- When the invoice looks good you transfer it to Axapta with a click.
- InfoChains tables are accessable from within Axapta and get their RECID:s from Axapta.
- Projects in Axapta are connected to Mainprojects in InfoChain, these are used when invoiceing.
- All InfoChainspecific code and table setups are accessable in Axaptas development tool.
The integrationpackage to Axapta has been developed in close cooperation with the IT-firm Sigma and their skilled Axapta consultants.
